SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Police are investigating after two homes in the San Fernando Valley were burglarized overnight - all in the span of a couple hours.
The latest incident happened at a home on Dora Street in Sun Valley just after 11 p.m. Friday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Police say an unknown amount of jewelry, money and designer bags were taken.
Nobody who lives in the home was injured.
The extent of the damage is unknown, but video from the scene shows glass in the back of the house was smashed.
About two hours earlier in Sylmar, police responded to another burglary call on Fenton Avenue.
Police believe two people broke into that home and then took off with jewelry and high-value handbags.
It's unclear if the two burglaries are connected.
